Free Tools Overview

SendCanyon's free tools are small, single-purpose checks you can run on the website without an account. Each one gives a straight answer in a few seconds. The full list is at Free tools, and the same tools are under Tools in the app's sidebar once you sign in.

Using Them In The App

Signed in, open Tools in the sidebar. Each tool works the same way it does on the website, and what you check there is linked to your workspace.

Where AI Helps

Some tools add an AI step after their own result: an explanation, a ranked list of fixes or a rewrite. The AI only sees what you entered and what the tool found, and the tool's own result never depends on it. If the AI step is slow or unavailable, you still get the result.

What A Use Keeps

• Each use records your IP address, browser type, the page and the time, and your account if you are signed in.
• Most tools also keep what you entered and the result. The template checker never stores the email you check, only its score.
• Addresses, browser details, input and results are deleted after 90 days. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
