How it works

From A Short Brief To A Sequence You Can Send

You give the facts; the generator writes, checks and scores every step.

  1. 01

Describe The Offer And The Reader

One line on what you offer and one on who it's for is enough. Add a problem, an outcome or a fact you can stand behind for sharper emails.

  2. 02

    Choose The Shape

Pick the goal, two to seven steps, a cadence, the tone and up to three openers to test against each other.

  3. 03

Every Email Is Checked And Scored

Each step goes through our template checker's content checks and our subject line rules before you see a score out of 100.

  4. 04

Copy It Or Open It As A Campaign

Edit any email and re-score it, copy or download the sequence, or open it in SendCanyon as a draft campaign.

What every email must pass

Rules Every Generated Email Follows

A step that breaks one of these is never shown as AI output.

  • No Invented Facts

A number, a customer, a result or a product name has to come from your brief. A draft that adds one is dropped.

    • Numbers and percentages
    • Customer and product names
    • Claims such as guaranteed or proven
  • No False Premises

A cold email never mentions a call, a meeting or an attachment that never happened, and never pretends to be a reply.

    • Past calls and meetings
    • Attachments
    • Fake Re: and Fwd:
  • Real Merge Fields Only

Only the fields you tick, written the way SendCanyon fills them, such as {{first_name}}. No [Name] or other placeholders.

    • Fields you allowed
    • Empty-field preview
    • No placeholder text
  • Clean On Our Checks

No phrases from our spam list, no capitals or markdown, and a clear way to say no on the first and last email.

    • Spam-list phrases
    • Capitals and punctuation
    • Opt-out line

Anatomy of a sequence

What Each Step Is For

The first email says who you're writing to, why, and asks for one thing. Every follow-up adds something the earlier emails didn't: a shorter version of the ask, one useful detail, a different angle or an easy question. The last email closes the loop politely and leaves the door open.

In SendCanyon each wait counts from when the previous email actually went out, and a send that lands outside the campaign's sending hours waits for the next allowed time, in the contact's time zone when it is known. A reply stops the remaining follow-ups for that contact.

Follow-ups in the same thread keep the first email's subject. SendCanyon adds the reply headers that thread them, so the generator never writes Re: on a subject.

AI-powered

What The AI Does

SpirenAI, SendCanyon's AI, writes each email from your offer and audience, in the tone, angle and length you pick. Every email is then checked against the same spam-word list our template checker uses and scored out of 100. A draft that breaks our rules, such as a figure you didn't give us, a placeholder like [Name] or a fake Re:, is not shown; you get the template version instead and the page says so.

  • Writes every step from your brief, never from outside facts
  • Checks each email with our template checker and subject line rules
  • Drops drafts with invented numbers, names, premises or fields
  • Treats what you type as data, never as instructions

Cold Email Sequence Questions

How many steps to send, how long to wait and what the generator does with your brief.

A cold email sequence is a first email to someone you haven't contacted before, followed by a few follow-ups that are sent only if they don't reply. Each step waits a set number of days after the previous one went out. In SendCanyon, a contact's pending follow-ups are cancelled as soon as that contact replies, so nobody gets a follow-up after answering you.
