SendCanyon

Email Header Analyzer.

Paste an email's headers to see every server it passed through, how long each hop took, and whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC passed.

AI-powered. AI explains the parsed result in plain English and lists what to fix; it never reads your raw headers.

More Options
Where Do I Find The Headers?
  • Gmail Open the message, then the three-dot menu, then Show original.
  • Outlook On the web: More actions, View, View message details. On Windows: File, Properties.
  • Apple Mail View, then Message, then All Headers.
  • Yahoo Mail Open the message, More, then View raw message.
  • Thunderbird View, then Message Source.

How it works

Read Exactly What The Headers Say

Every result traces to a line in the headers you pasted.

  1. 01

    Copy The Headers

Open the message in your mail app, choose Show original or View source, and copy everything above the first blank line.

  2. 02

    Paste Or Open A File

Paste the text or open a saved .eml file. If you paste a whole message, the body is removed in your browser before anything is sent.

  3. 03

See The Route And The Verdicts

Hops are put in delivery order with signed delays, and the receiving server's own SPF, DKIM and DMARC results are separated from ones added earlier.

  4. 04

    Fix What The Findings Show

Each finding cites its RFC and the exact header line, and live DNS checks show what is published now.

What we check

Every Part Of The Header

Parsed by the RFCs, never guessed.

  • Route And Delays

Every Received line in delivery order, with time zones read exactly and negative delays shown, not hidden.

    • Hop servers, IPs and TLS
    • Signed per-hop delay and share of total
    • Clock skew and missing time zones
  • Authentication

The receiving server's SPF, DKIM, DMARC and ARC results, word for word, with results added before delivery marked as such.

    • Forged results flagged by position
    • DKIM signature tags
    • ARC chain structure
  • Alignment And Unsubscribe

Whether the bounce domain and DKIM domains align with From, and whether one-click unsubscribe is complete.

    • Strict and relaxed alignment
    • List-Unsubscribe and RFC 8058
    • Message structure and Message-ID
  • Checked Now

Optional live checks of what is published today, kept apart from what the receiver saw at send time.

    • DMARC, SPF and DKIM keys
    • Reverse DNS and blocklists for hop IPs
    • Approximate IP country

Plain-English Answers, Checked Against The Result

The analyzer decides every result. SpirenAI, SendCanyon's AI, only reads the parsed result, never your raw headers, and explains where the delay was, what the receiving server recorded and why DMARC passed or failed, then lists what to fix. Any sentence with a number, server or claim the result cannot back is dropped.

  • Explains delays, verdicts and alignment in plain English
  • Lists what to fix, tied to each finding
  • Reads only the parsed result, so text hidden in headers cannot steer it
  • Never calls a message safe or spoofed

Email Header Questions

How to find headers, how to read them and what the results mean.

An email header is the block of fields above the message body that records who sent the message, who it was for and how it was delivered. The sender's mail program writes fields like From, To, Subject, Date and Message-ID. Each server that handles the message adds a Received line at the top, and the receiving server adds its SPF, DKIM and DMARC results. Most mail apps hide all of this unless you ask to see the original.

Send Mail That Passes Every Check.

SendCanyon verifies SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every sending domain, warms new mailboxes on a real ramp and spreads volume across your senders.
